The following is a list of the Corporate Event Services we provide -
We take the time element involved in finding a suitable venue, share our knowledge and expertise with you – send a detailed report to you on venues available detailing our exclusive negotiated disounts with lots of photos. This report can be emailed to the committee and presented at a meeting. You make the final decision on which venue to book. The details such as finalising menus, transportation logistics, registration or payment are up to you.
Some clients opt for us to arrange a site or tour of the Venue, we’d be happy to accompany you and advise along the way.
Follow up and Evaluation Reports –
Our service team will follow up with you after the event to receive your feedback on each aspect of the event. This information will be reported to the hotel and used by us to further qualify your needs for your next event.
